ArT @ 967 Payne has several studio spaces for lease, available for immediate occupancy. Sizes range between 150 and 550 sqft. Our lease rates are very competitive. Our amenities are second to none, including free parking right behind the building; a beautiful shared store-front gallery; and open, common spaces suitable for holding meetings, classes, concerts, and more.
